Real Estate Regulatory Act|RERA Rajasthan - RERA REGISTRATION

RERA in Rajasthan comes into force from 1st June 2017. Rajasthan is the 3rd states in the country which implemented RERA after Maharashtra and Madhya Pradesh.
In Rajasthan fees for Broker registration under RERA is Rs. 10,000 as an individual or sole proprietors and Rs. 50,000/- as a company. RERA in Rajasthan will be applicable to both ongoing and new launch project.
