RERA in Tamil Nadu

According to the RERA Act, each Indian state must have its own Real Estate Regulatory Authority. The state RERA governs the real estate industry within the state. As part of this strategy, the Tamil Nadu RERA Act was passed in March 2016. TNRERA now performs out all of the activities outlined in the parent statute and governs every section of the Tamil Nadu real estate sector. On June 22, 2017, Tamil Nadu notified RERA rules. Thiru.K.Gnanadesikan, I.A.S., (Retd.,) is the Chairperson of Tamil Nadu.
