RERA in Andhra Pradesh

Andhra Pradesh RERA was introduced in 2016 in accordance with the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act. Andhra Pradesh RERA, often known as AP RERA, is the state's Real Estate Regulatory Authority. The fundamental goal of AP RERA is to increase real estate investments in the state of Andhra Pradesh while also protecting homebuyers' rights.

The AP RERA functions as a government authority that any homebuyer can approach for their grievance redressal. This authorised organisation also oversees and controls commercial and residential real estate transactions. Andhra Pradesh RERA has used its jurisdiction over the years to simplify project registration and protect the rights of house buyers.
