RERA in Kerala

Before building, advertising, or selling any unit, every property developer must register with RERA. This has resulted in increased buyer accountability and project completion on time. The Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act 2016 is an important step toward reforming India's real estate market, encouraging greater openness, citizen centricity, accountability, and financial discipline.
