The introduction of Chhattisgarh RERA created a more secure environment for real estate transactions. With the implementation of RERA, every developer and real estate builder was required to adhere to the Chhattisgarh government's regulations. This ordinance has improved the purchasing and selling of property in Chhattisgarh and has protected buyers from dealing with illegal properties.

To begin, the Chhattisgarh real estate regulatory body began addressing complaints via video conferences on May 12th, 2020, due to the country's lockdown in the aftermath of the Coronavirus outbreak. This action by the Chhattisgarh RERA would surely increase the efficiency of addressing the issues of the home buyers.
